Providing Refuse To Be A Victim® seminars for the general public is a valuable community service. Nonprofit groups, organizations, clubs, law enforcement, schools, and government agencies are encouraged to apply for grant funding. Individual instructors are not eligible for grants.
You will find the grant application deadline, links to all required forms, your NRA Field Representative's contact information, state fund committee meeting date, and all the necessary information you will need to apply at the NRA Foundation website.
Each state has its own requirements, so please read all information carefully before submitting your paperwork. If you have questions about the grant application process, please contact your NRA Field Representative.
Applying for a grant does not mean a grant will be automatically issued. Continue to apply annually, whether or not a grant was received. Apply even if you have received grant funds in past years. Indicate on your grant application that a partial grant will be accepted. Each of these points will contribute to your success in obtaining grants.
NRA’s Refuse To Be A Victim® program teaches the personal safety tips and techniques you need to be alerted to dangerous situations and to avoid becoming a victim.
