In order to become a Refuse To Be A Victim® Instructor, you must:
Be 18 years of age or older
Have a clear criminal record and not be prohibited by any federal, state, or local law, ordinance or regulation from possessing, purchasing, or using firearms.
$250. No additional fees required. Tuition includes the course fee, required student materials, and NRA instructor certification fee for the first two years. There are no refunds once payment is received.
Note: NRA instructor certification fees must be renewed every two years. The current renewal rate is $30 for two years for NRA members and $50 for two years for non-members.
